God wants you to be sure
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that you may know that you have eternal life? (1 John 5:13)

If you were to stand before God today and He asked you “Why should I let you into My Heaven?” Could you say, “Because I trust you as my Lord and Savior and I repent of my sins?”

God Loves us and has a purpose for our lives.
“God so loved the world, that he gave is only begotten Son, that if you believe in him you should not perish, but have ETERNAL LIFE.

Free Gift: Eternal Life
“The gift of God is Eternal Life through Jesus Christ of Lord” (Romans 6:23)

We can live a full and meaningful Life right now.
John 10:10 says, “I am, Come and they may have life and that they might have life more abundantly”

John 14:3 says, “If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you into myself; that where I am, you may be also”

Our need is to understand our problem.
By nature we are all sinners
Romans 2:23 says, “All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God”

We Cannot Save Ourselves
Ephesians 2:9 says, “Not of works, lest any man should boast.

We deserve Death and Hell.
Romans 6:23 tells us that “The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is ETERNAL LIFE through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

God’s provision is Jesus Christ.
Jesus is God and became Man.
John 1:1,14 tells us that “ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word as with God, and the Word was God. And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us”

God Died for us on the Cross.
In 1 Peter 3:18 to word tells us the “Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he night bring us to God.”

Jesus was resurrected from the dead
Romans 4:25:” Jesus was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification”

Great News
The only way Jesus can affect our lives is for us to receive Him.
John 1:12 says, “As many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name”

The choice is ours. We must receive Jesus

A. Admit that we are sinners
Acts 3:19, “Repent ye therefore and be converted, that your sins may be wash away.”

Repentance is not just felling sorry for our sin. The word tells us that, “Repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance in Acts 26:20

Repentance is turning to God through Jesus and turning away from our sinful ways. It is like making a U-TURN in the road of life.

B. Believe in God
We must place our faith and trust in Jesus Christ. It’s just like riding on a plane. You must learn to trust that plane to travel anywhere.

Ephesians 2:8, “By grace you are saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God”

C. Confess your sins to God
We must confess with our mouth that we know we are a sinner. We must surrender to god’s will.
Romans 10:9-10, “If you will confess with your mouth that the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised from the dead then you can be saved. For with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
It is more than just saying that we are giving our lives to Jesus. It is giving the Lord Jesus Christ control of your life.
Matthew 7:21 says, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Giving him Control
Giving Christ control of our lives is like driving a car with a passenger. If we are the driver we are in control. If you loose your way and the other person knows the way then you say take control of the wheel.

As evidence of giving Jesus control, you will want to identify with Him. You will want to publicly confess that you have Admitted that you are a sinner, Believe that Christ Died for your sins and Confess your sins and have asked Christ to take control of your life. You will then want to follow in believer’s baptism.

Romans 10:13 “ Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved

It is the desire of His Praise that you come to know the Lord Jesus Christ and that you will find your walk with Him to be a renewed experience in your life. Please take the time to let us know about your acceptance so we can pray for you. There is power in PRAYER. Prayer is the spiritual life what breathing is to the physical life.

Breathing must be regular and continuous. “Pray without ceasing” 1 Thess. 5.17
